The Head of Enterprise Risk at a Global Telecommunications Company approached Gatehouse to assist his team in identifying, assessing and mitigating the key risks that their global organisation faced.
Gatehouse worked closely with the client’s risk team to establish a risk definition structure supporting a mapping of the Company’s critical constraints and vulnerabilities.
Using this, we identified the external risks that generated the most pressure on their organisation, and then helped develop actions and accountabilities required to mitigate the threats.
This developed into a long term relationship where Gatehouse returns on a quarterly basis to meet with the Risk Team and jointly return to the risk model to reassess and re-evaluate the organisations exposure against the changing geopolitical environment.
